It will not go to NYRA Berkeley. NYRA Berkeley uses a third party to process the info and is therefore not responsible for their privacy policy. Also, any information submitted on a webpage linked from this website (http://berkeley.youthrights.org) is not under the terms of this privacy policy.
Your personal information will never be submitted to advertisers. The primary people that will see it and have access to it are the officers of NYRA Berkeley and/or NYRA depending on what the information is submitted for. For example, by signing an online petition you agree to submit your information to a local politician, a state politician or even a federal politician. Since most of us are underage, these petitions are not "legal petitions." They are used to show politicians that people care, nothing else.
Your personal information is submitted as such. When you click submit, the information contained in the boxes is sent to a php form on the site. The php form goes through the process of scanning the form for errors. If an error is detected it directs you to the proper page. Your information has not been sent. If no error is detected, it is sent to a personal e-mail address within NYRA Berkeley.
